- 4 oz. Recipe: Pomegranate Glazed Beets
- ¼ oz. Pomegranate Seeds
- ½ tsp. Markon Fresh Dill
- as needed Pomegranate Molasses (Optional)
Recipe Preparation
- Spoon the eggplant moutabel on a serving plate in a concave round.
- Nest the beets on top of the eggplant moutabel.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill.
- Drizzle pomegranate molasses next to the eggplant moutabel (optional).
