Ingredients
- 20 oz Mosaic Whole Bean Espresso (chilled)
- 1 oz Monin Dark Chocolate Syrup
- 4 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 2 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 16 oz Monin Toasted Marshmallow Syrup (Toasted Marshmallow Foam)
- 8 oz Pasteurized Egg Whites (Toasted Marshmallow Foam)
- 1 ct Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper (Toasted Marshmallow Foam)
- 2 ct Gordon Choice® N2O Chargers (Toasted Marshmallow Foam)
Recipe Preparation
- Add ingredients to a shaker. Shake briskly and strain into a martini glass.
- Add Toasted Marshmallow Foam ingredients to a Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper.
- Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first Gordon Choice N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
- Insert second N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
- Test consistency and add another charger, if necessary.
- Top drink with foam and garnishes, if desired.
- Refrigerate remaining foam for future use.
