Recipe Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a shaker. Shake briskly and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Add Toasted Marshmallow Foam ingredients to a Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper.
  3. Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first Gordon Choice N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
  4. Insert second N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
  5. Test consistency and add another charger, if necessary.
  6. Top drink with foam and garnishes, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate remaining foam for future use.
