Recipe: Cheddar Flatbread



Recipe Preparation

1. Slice the bread in half lengthwise.

2. Brush each half with 1 Tbsp oil.

3. Place under a salamander or char broiler until lightly browned.

4. Sprinkle 4 oz. of cheese on each bread slice and char-broil until lightly browned.

5. Cut each bread slice into 10 1-oz. triangles.
