Recipe: Whipped Cheese Cap Foam



Recipe Preparation

  1. In a large stainless steel bowl add the cream cheese, half and half and salt. Whisk until combined and smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Whip until the cream forms medium peaks.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated. The mixture should be able to coat the back of a spoon.
