Smoked Tomato Aioli

Ingredients
- 4 ea Egg Yolks
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Roasted Garlic
- 2 ea Garlic Cloves (Raw)
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
Recipe Preparation
Step 1:
Combine all ingredients, with the exception of the oil, in a food processor, blend till smooth.
Step 2:
Slowly add the oil as the food processor blends, make an emulsification with this method.
