1. In a sauté pan, toast the spices together until fragrant and warm to the touch. Allow to cool and transfer to a stainless steel mixing bowl.
2. Add the orange juice and zest, garlic, ginger and oil. Whisk together.
3. Whisk in the yogurt, brown sugar and salt until well mixed.
4. Transfer to a covered storage container, label, date and refrigerate until needed.
