1. In a nonreactive sauce pot, whisk together the beef base, warm water, and pho seasoning until dissolved.

2. Bring to a boil and shut down.

3. Strain through a chinois or a fine mesh strainer and place in a steam well or soup kettle for service, or allow to cool under refrigeration for future recipe needs.
