1. Using a chef’s knife, cut across each tortilla at a slight angle to create long tortilla triangles. One tortilla should yield four tortilla triangles.
2. Dip triangles in 350°F deep-fryer just long enough to soften them.
3. Place triangles on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Cover with another piece of parchment and place another sheet pan on top to keep tortillas from curling.
4. Bake in a 350°F convection or 375°F conventional oven for 10 minutes, or until tortillas are crispy. Store in a covered container until needed.
