Recipe: Whipped Cheese Cap

Ingredients
8 oz. Pourable Cream Cheese
8 oz. Gordon Choice Half & Half Creamer
to taste Kosher Salt
8 oz. Gordon Choice Heavy Whipping Cream
Recipe Preparation
In a large stainless steel bowl add the cream cheese, half and half and salt. Whisk until combined and smooth.
Add the heavy cream to a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment. Whip until the cream forms medium peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated. The mixture should be able to coat the back of a spoon.
Best served at room temperature via a ladle or squeeze bottle. Refrigerate if reserving for later use.
