Recipe: Dilled Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 lb. Gordon Choice Cream Cheese
- ½ oz. Markon Fresh Dill, chopped
- ½ oz. Markon Fresh Italian Parsley
- 2 tsp. Trade East Granulated Onion
- 2 tsp. Trade East Granulated Garlic
- 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp. Trade East White Ground Pepper
Recipe Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in the stainless steel mixing bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix on low speed. Scrape down sides of bowl until thoroughly mixed.
2. Transfer to a covered storage container. Label, date and refrigerate until needed.
