Vegan Blackberry Pie Shake

Ingredients
- 3 qt. Frozen Blackberries
- 6 lbs. Frozen Vanilla Plant-Based Coconut Yogurt
- 25 oz. Monin Oak Barrel Syrup
- 25 oz. Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
- 3 qt. Almond Milk
- 25 ea. Vanilla Wafers
Recipe Preparation
- Place all the ingredients except for the vanilla cookie into the cup of a high-speed blender and allow to mix until smooth. Pour into serving glasses.
- Crush the cookies in a plastic bag using a mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle the crumbs over the top and serve.
