- 8 oz. Gordon Choice® Seasoned Waffle Fries
- Gordon Signature Simpli-Fry Premium Frying Oil
- 4 oz. Gordon Choice® Hickory-Smoked Shredded Beef Beef, cooked and shredded. Keep warm in its broth
- 4 oz. Gordon Choice ® Mexican Cheese Blend
- 1 oz. Markon® Ready-Set-Serve® Onion, chopped
- 1 oz. Markon® Ready-Set-Serve® Cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedge, optional
Recipe Preparation
- Deep fry frozen french fries for 3-3.5 minutes at 345 degrees F. in oil.
- Assemble fries on a plate, top with fries with cheese, and melt.
- Top fries with shredded warm beef.
- Garnish with chopped onion and cilantro.
