Wasabi Peanut Gremolata

Recipe Preparation

  1. Place peanuts and wasabi in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the peanut and wasabi mixture with sesame oil.
  3. Spread onto a sheet pan and toast at 350 F for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven. Let cool then store in a storage container for future service.
