Ingredients

Recipe Preparation

  1. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add butter and shrimp.
  3. Saute for 1 minute and add garlic, flame-grilled pepper and onion mix, and roasted tomato.
  4. Saute until shrimp is almost cooked through.
  5. Add cooked penne pasta and Voodoo Ranger Cajun Creme sauce, toss to coat.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings with lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Garnish with scallion greens.
