Vietnamese Cold Noodle Salad with Pork Belly

Recipe Preparation

  1. Over medium heat, warm a large sauté pan then heat oil and lightly sauté onion, broccolini and mushrooms. Let cool off and reserve for service
  2. Mix ginger sauce with tamari and maggi seasoning
  3. grill pork belly and brush with ginger sauce mixture. Reserve hot for service
  4. Mix vegetables with pasta and nuoc cham sauce and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Remix and plate pasta
  5. Top with grilled pork belly and fresh herbs
