Recipe: Dark and Stormy Glaze



Recipe Preparation

Place the beer, rum, ketchup, 1 c. lime juice, molasses, Worcestershire and soy sauce in a nonreactive heated rondeau. Bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced to 1½ qt. or desired consistency. Stir frequently. Allow to cool. Transfer to a covered storage container, label, date and refrigerate until needed.
