Tikka Masala Flatbread



Recipe Preparation

  1. Thaw out flatbread.
  2. Put flatbread on a sprayed pizza screen.
  3. Place 8oz of sauce over the flatbread
  4. Add cheese.
  5. Run through impinger for 5 minutes or bake in a preheated 500 °F (260 °C) oven on a pizza stone for 7 minutes.
  6. Remove and cut into 8 pieces.
  7. Top with both chutneys, onion and tomatoes for garnish.
