Recipe Preparation

  1. Mix cream sauce with pesto, mesquite, six pepper seasoning, granulated garlic, black pepper and paprika and reserve for service
  2. In  saucepan over medium-high heat, warm oil then sauté onions and peppers for 3-4 minutes
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for an additional minute
  4. Deglaze with chicken stock
  5. Add tomatoes, chorizo, chicken, pasta, reserved cream sauce and lemon juice
  6. Warm pasta and sauce through
  7. Plate in a bowl and garnish with green onion
