Recipe Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a glass or mug. Stir until well combined. 
  2. Add Pumpkin Pie Foam Ingredients to a Cream Profi Quart iSi Whipper.
  3. Make sure the cap is closed and insert the first Gordon Choice N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
  4. Insert second N2O charger. Shake vigorously.
  5. Test consistency and add another charger if necessary.
  6. Top drink with foam and garnishes (if desired).
  7. Refrigerate remaining foam for future use.
