Popcorn Chicken Pesto Flatbread

Recipe Preparation

  1. Par cook popcorn chicken. Spread pesto evenly across the flatbread. Place popcorn chicken and roasted red pepper pieces evenly, and sprinkle mozzarella over.
  2. Place flatbread in 400°F (204°C) oven for six minutes, or until cheese is melted and the bread is a bit crispy.
  3. Cut and serve.
