- 4 oz Popcorn Chicken #327120
- 1 oz Roasted Red Peppers
- 3 oz Basil Pesto #844761
- 3 oz Mozzarella
- 1 Flatbread #318377
Recipe Preparation
- Par cook popcorn chicken. Spread pesto evenly across the flatbread. Place popcorn chicken and roasted red pepper pieces evenly, and sprinkle mozzarella over.
- Place flatbread in 400°F (204°C) oven for six minutes, or until cheese is melted and the bread is a bit crispy.
- Cut and serve.
