Recipe Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in the stainless steel bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.

2. Mix on low speed until well blended.

3. Place 1-lb. portions of butter on sheets of parchment paper and roll into 2” cylinders.

4. Wrap rolls in plastic to preserve flavor and refrigerate up to one week, or freeze up to two months.
