Recipe Preparation

1. Season the beef patty with salt and pepper. Place on a heated char grill or broiler and grill to desired doneness. Toast the insides of the bun under a salamander or broiler until golden brown.

2. Place 1 oz. of barbecue sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Add the beef patty and  top with one slice of cheese. Place under a salamander or broiler until the cheese is warm and melting.

3. Place ½ oz. of lettuce, 5-6 slices of onion and 2 oz. of tomatoes on top of the cheese. Spread the top half of the bun with 1 oz. of go go sauce. Place the top bun on the sandwich and serve.
