Recipe Preparation


  1. Make 3 oz patties and pan fry until golden brown. Place aside until needed for assembly .

To Assemble the Sando

  1. Lightly butter and toast biscuit until golden brown and warm.
  2. Melt cheese on egg patty and layer with cooked and hot chorizo patty.
  3. Drizzle mayo ketchup before closing and enjoy!

To Make Sauce

  1. Add mayo and Ketchup together and blend until fully combined. Place in squeeze bottle until needed for service.
