Creamy Red Cabbage Slaw



Recipe Preparation

Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain well. 1] Place the cabbage, carrots, red onions, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, zesty seasoning, salt and pepper in a stainless-steel mixing bowl. Mix together thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2] Cover, label, date, and refrigerate for 1 hour before use. Transfer to a nonreactive storage container. Cover, label, date, and refrigerate for future service. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F, or below. May be necessary to drain before use.
