Recipe: Pickled Red Cabbage

3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
½ c. Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Trade East Sriracha Seasoning
8 oz. Markon Ready-Set-Serve Shredded Purple Cabbage
4 oz. Markon Ready-Set-Serve Thinly Sliced Red Onions
Recipe Preparation
Whisk together the sugar, vinegar and spices until the sugar is dissolved.
Fold in the cabbage and onions. Toss the slaw together so all ingredients are evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate at 41°F
or below.
