1. Season a hanger steak with salt and pepper. Spray both sides with cooking spray. Place on a heated char-grill. Cook on both sides for 6-8
minutes to desired doneness. Allow the steak to rest for a short time. Slice widthwise on the bias into 6-7 pieces.
2. Spoon 8 oz. of warmed white beans and kale onto the center of a warmed serving plate. Fan the steak across the top of the beans and
kale. Spoon 1 1/2 oz. of gremolata on top of the steak.
