General Mills Rice Chex™ Chicken Fingers




Recipe Preparation

  1. Mix buttermilk with salt, pepper and paprika
  2. Add chicken to marinate, cover and let stand for 12 hours
  3. Place Rice Chex™ in food processor until texture is like breadcrumbs and add cayenne pepper and salt
  4. Remove excess buttermilk from chicken and place in Rice Chex™
  5. Cover all sides of chicken with Rice Chex™ and press to make sure it sticks
  6. Place on parchment lined sheet pan
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-16 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165
