1. Pre-heat fryer to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
2. Place flour in shallow dish. Place shredded coconut in separate dish.
3. Beat egg in separate dish.
4. Dip shrimp into flour, then dip into egg. Dredge shrimp into shredded coconut. Set coated shrimp aside on a place. Repeat for remaining shrimp.
5. Fry shrimp 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
6. Plate shrimp and serve with Pepper Mill Dynamite sauce
