Recipe Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel mixing bowl fitted with a whipping attachment. Mix on medium speed until blended. Transfer to a storage container. Cover, label, date and refrigerate until needed.

To prepare à la carte:

Scoop 2 oz. of batter onto a heated flat griddle. Cook on both sides until golden-brown and just cooked through. Place on a warmed serving plate.
