Lemon-Garlic Dressing



Recipe Preparation

Wash hands. Wash all fresh, unpackaged produce under running water. Drain well. Zest the lemons and fine chop 2 tsp. Place the olive oil, 4 flz. lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a stainless-steel mixing bowl. Whisk together. Transfer to a covered storage container, label, date, and refrigerate for future service. CCP: Refrigerate at 41°F, or below.
