Churro Bread Pudding

Recipe Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. In a greased aluminum 1/2 pan, add churros, then pour the custard mixture.
  3. Cover and allow to sit overnight to allow the churros to soak up the egg mixture.
  4. In a 350°F (175°C) oven, bake in a water bath for approximately 1.5 hours or until internal temp is 165°F (73°C).
  5. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
  6. Top with cinnamon whipped cream and dulce de leche.
