Recipe: Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream



Recipe Preparation

1. Chill an electric mixing bowl and whipping attachment. Scrape the vanilla bean pulp from the vanilla bean and add to taste, about ¼ tsp (or substitute 1-2 Tbsp. of vanilla extract).

2. Add the heavy cream and sugar. Whip until stiff peaks begin to form. Place in a covered storage container or pastry bag and refrigerate until needed.
