Recipe: Pork Grainy Mustard Sauce, warmed



Recipe Preparation

1. Pour the wine in a heated, nonstick sauce pot. Reduce by three quarters.

2. Add the pork gravy, half and half, mustard, granulated onion and garlic and black pepper. Season with salt. Mix thoroughly. Simmer 2-3 minutes over low heat.

3. Allow to cool. Place in a storage covered container, label, date and refrigerate until needed.
