Recipe: Mango Jicama Salsa



Recipe Preparation

1. Juice six limes through a fine mesh strainer. Peel, trim and dice the mangos, jicama, tomatoes, celery, peppers and onions. Place in a large stainless steel mixing bowl. 

2. Add the lime juice and mix together. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Transfer to a storage container, label, date and refrigerate until needed.
