1. Zest and juice the lemon and add to a food processor.
2. Add the capers, garlic, anchovies, Tabasco, Worcestershire, tuna and mayonnaise.
3. Purée until smooth, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula as needed.
4. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.
5. Fold in the chives and season with salt and pepper as desired.
