Recipe Preparation

  1.  In a shallow coupe or bowl, add the hummus down off center. 
  2. Place the carrots neatly to one side of the hummus with the kale chips on the other side. 
  3. Garnish the top of the hummus with the diced roasted red peppers and almonds.
