Recipe: Almond Cream



Recipe Preparation

  1. In a clear storage container, add 1 pt. of cold water and the almonds. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  3. The next day, drain the water from the almonds. 
  4. Place the hydrated almonds in a Vitamix blender or equivalent with the additional 4 oz. of fresh water. 
  5. Purée the almonds until smooth and season with salt. 
  6. Store the almond cream in a deli container under refrigeration.
