Recipe: Green Goddess Slaw



Recipe Preparation

  1. Trim and thinly slice the cabbage and onions on an electric slicer. Trim and julienne the jicama and carrots on a mandoline.
  2. Place the cabbage, jicama, carrots, onions and green goddess dressing in a stainless steel mixing bowl. Season  with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer to a non reactive covered storage container. Refrigerate until needed.
