Burrata and Strawberry Spicy Salad

Recipe Preparation

  1. Take each cookie puck and cut into 8 pieces and roll into small oblong balls. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven and reserve at room temperature for service.
  3. Hull and slice strawberries and reserve.
  4. Place 1.5 oz. of baby kale greens in a salad bowl.
  5. Break the burrata ball in half and put it into the center of the greens.
  6. Take 8 pieces of the cookie and place them over the salad to act like croutons.
  7. Take 3 oz. of sliced strawberries over salad.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Drizzle 1-½ tbsp of balsamic glaze on salad.
