Recipe Preparation

  1. Mix mayonnaise with chili crunch and reserve
  2. Melt better and reserve
  3. Mix flour with salt, pepper, masala, turmeric, curry, ginger, and garlic
  4. Heat chicken to 160*F (71*C) internal temperature
  5. Use melted butter on each bun and grill buns
  6. Build a sandwich with bottom bun, 1 tablespoon of chili crunch mayo, 2 tablespoons of shredded lettuce, 1 tablespoon of sliced shallots, 1 oz pickle chips, chicken breast, 2 slices of tomato, and the top with the bun.
