4 ea Sienna Bakery Black Seeded Buns
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp Mr Bings Mild Chili Crisp
1 cup Iceberg, shredded
8 slice Tomato
1/4 cup Shallot, thinly sliced
4 oz Gordon Choice Spicy Dill Pickle Chips
4 Tbsp Butter
Recipe Preparation
Mix mayonnaise with chili crunch and reserve
Melt better and reserve
Mix flour with salt, pepper, masala, turmeric, curry, ginger, and garlic
Heat chicken to 160*F (71*C) internal temperature
Use melted butter on each bun and grill buns
Build a sandwich with bottom bun, 1 tablespoon of chili crunch mayo, 2 tablespoons of shredded lettuce, 1 tablespoon of sliced shallots, 1 oz pickle chips, chicken breast, 2 slices of tomato, and the top with the bun.
