Ingredients
- 7 lbs 4 oz Gordon Choice Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce, frozen
- 18 ea Bean & Cheddar Cheese Burritos, frozen
Recipe Preparation
- Prepare per instructions on pouch. Boil in bag.
- Place 18 burritos seam side down in shallow 13” x 21” hotel pan. Convection bake at 300° F degrees for 19-23 minutes from frozen, or 12-14 minutes from thawed, or until internal temp of 160° F degrees. Foil top or cover can help keep tortilla from drying out.
- Place in cardboard serving boat (optional) and then put in warmers.
- When students come through line, pour (1) #8 ladle of sauce over burrito and serve. Students can then go to condiment station for additional toppings
