Ingredients
3 oz. Gordon Choiceā Cooked Pork Belly, sliced into 1 oz. pieces
1 oz. Gordon Choice Applewood Smoked Pepper Barbecue Sauce
3 ct. Folded Bao Buns
6 ct. Markonā Ready-Set-Serveā Sliced Radishes
as needed Markon Ready-Set-Serve Cilantro
1 Tbsp. Gordon Choice Jumbo Roasted & Salted Cashews, chopped
1 tsp. Hot Honey Sauce
Recipe Preparation
PREPARE THE PORK BELLY:
Sear the pork belly pieces on a flat top griddle or in a deep-fryer.
Add the barbecue sauce to a stainless steel bowl and add the heated pork belly. Toss to coat.
Steam the bao buns until warm.
Place the pork belly into the steamed bao buns.
Garnish with radish slices, cilantro and cashews.
Drizzle with hot honey sauce.
