Heat up the Asian Sloppy Joe Meat to 165 °F (73 °C).
Steam the bao buns for 5-8 minutes. Or microwave: cover 3 buns with a damp paper towel, microwave on high heat 15-20 seconds, flip over and heath the other side for 15-20 seconds.
Take the steamed buns and heated meat and assemble as a sandwich. Top the meat with kimchi, scallions, and Spicy Asian Mayo. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
