Lead Our Regional Merchandising Strategy

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving results? We’re seeking a Regional Category Merchandising Manager to champion our go-to-market strategy and lead a high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key link between our sales teams and corporate leadership, shaping the future of our product categories.

Location: This role is for a candidate who lives within 60 miles of one of our distribution centers in Concord, NC; Aberdeen, MD; Imperial, PA; and Taunton, MA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a Visionary Leader: You’ll lead, mentor, and empower a team of merchandising professionals, helping them grow while ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals.

  • Drive Growth: Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to develop and execute innovative go-to-market plans. Your insights will directly shape our product assortments and pricing strategies.

  • Build Key Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact between our regional sales teams and corporate merchandising, marketing, and revenue management teams. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential to our success.

  • Impact the Bottom Line: Take ownership of a regional product plan, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions to meet sales, margin, and brand targets.

What You’ll Bring To The Table:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, sales, or marketing.

  • Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams and influence decisions.

  • A positive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for finding creative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
