We are seeking a dynamic Functional Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting our brand-new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) Cloud implementation, focusing on the critical Finance modules. You will be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging the latest MS D365 technology to streamline our business processes, optimize system performance, and implement preventive measures to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our business forward by identifying areas for continuous improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Optimize & Enhance Processes: Continuously analyze and improve Manufacturing and Warehouse, driving efficiency and alignment with business needs. Design and implement streamlined processes, leveraging MS D365’s capabilities.
Resolve & Prevent Issues: Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve system issues, collaborating with technical teams. Implement controls and guardrails to prevent future issues and ensure data integrity.
Drive Performance & Innovation: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. Stay current on MS D365 features, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide support, and ensure seamless integration. Write clear functional specifications outlining system requirements.
Configure & Test: Configure the MS D365 system to meet business needs. Execute thorough testing to validate system functionality and identify issues.

Experience:
Five to eight years previous ERP analysis or ERP software development experience.
– Demonstrated understanding of ERP current technologies
– Strong commitment to software quality
– Proven analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
– Solid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, and relationship building
Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Finance: In-depth understanding of financial practices, including; General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Cash Management, and Project Accounting.
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Prior experience with MS D365 is preferred, but candidates with strong experience in financial practices will be considered.
Business Process Improvement: Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft D365 configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
Project Management: Experience participating in or leading ERP implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.
