Recipe Preparation

  1. Cut the peppers and onions into approximately 2ā€x2ā€ squares. You will need 3 pieces of each for 3 skewers, weighing ½ oz. total per type.
  2. Toss the vegetables in a mixing bowl with the olive oil, spices and salt.
  3. Reserve for skewer assembly.
