1 qt. Water
2 tsp. Trade East Thai Seasoning
1 oz. Gordon Signature Chicken Base

Recipe Preparation

1. In a nonreactive saucepot, whisk together all the ingredients and bring to a boil.

2. Turn off the heat and cool or keep hot on the line for service.
