Recipe Preparation

1. In a small stainless steel bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.

2. Add the remaining  ingredients to a larger mixing bowl.

3. Pour the lemon-garlic vinaigrette over the salad.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
